Who are you in life?
I am a Film Maker/ model, actor, hero... I have 25lbs to lose. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of others, in the world... I have struggled with my weight most of my life. I've tried almost every type of weight loss mode there is (i.e. diet, cleasne, program, pill, etc...) with great results and no followthrough. I've learned that I have had nothing at stake in the games I've been playing... and the games, too small. So, I decided to go big. Not only will I have my weight contribute to a cause greater than myself, but I am bringing everyone with me! The goal is to go global. To inspire people to put their attention on other people. Instead of eating the "donut" in front of them, give it to those that don't have food. Every sacrifice you make to lose weight and be healthy will contribute to feeding the starving. Pound for pound.

My First Tip

Breathe deeply... in breathing you will find peace, traquility, ease and you won't be thinking about food!! Take a moment every time you feel stressed out, close your eyes and just notice your breathing. If you start thinking about your day, bring yourself right back to your breath.
