Lose weight in a way that contributes to others

Breathe deeply... in breathing you will find peace, traquility, ease and you won't be thinking about food!! Take a moment every time you feel stressed out, close your eyes and just notice your breathing. If you start thinking about your day, bring yourself right back to your breath. Don't narrate how you breathe in and out, don't try to control it... just notice it. Do this for approxiamately 10 seconds, but don't count the seconds. The point is to quiet the mind, so counting would be counter productive. This will help enourmously and it's such a simple thing.
